John Klimek is a securities attorney with more than three decades of experience advising investment managers, fund operators, and financial institutions. He founded the 4Alts platform, which later merged with ARB, to expand investor access to alternative investments traditionally restricted to family offices and institutions.

Jerry Happ has over 25 years of experience in the securities industry with the bulk of this time spent running hedge fund managed accounts platforms starting with HFR Asset Management in 2004. Jerry then ran Operations for Deutsche Bank’s in-house platform in the UK for 10 years and then joined ARB in 2020.
